List account statements

Requires accounts:read. Returns monthly deposit statement records in descending year/month order, excluding the current and future months. Use each statement's statementId or its download link to request a PDF. A listed statement may still return 404 if the bank has not generated its PDF. Charge accounts return statements: []. The result is not paginated and has no date-filter parameters.
